Mr. Meyer has a strong portfolio of success analyzing and resolving complex issues between public and private entities on behalf of corporate and individual clients. Mr. Meyer also practices commercial litigation before the state and federal Courts of New York, handling a wide array of matters ranging from commercial disputes to litigation against sovereign nations.
Mr. Meyer is a graduate of Hofstra Law School where he served on the Journal of International Business & Law as Senior Articles Editor. Mr. Meyer has been published in the fields of financial regulation and public policy. Mr. Meyer is also a member of the New York City Bar Association, serving on the New York City Affairs Committee.
For over three decades, Mr. Goldberg has worked with some of the largest real estate developers in New York City, providing advisory services in finance, construction, and development of commercial and residential projects. Mr. Goldberg has also provided advisory services on corporate taxation, audits, economic development initiatives, and public-private partnerships to a broad spectrum of domestic and international clientele.
Mr. Goldberg holds a Master of Science in Taxation, and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
